If a good bean crop has grown, do not rush to freeze everything, spend a little time on harvesting, then thank yourself in the winter! This vegetable salad or side dish, as you call it anyone, I serve with meat, chicken or fish. On fasting days, it can be mixed with boiled rice - a complete meal is obtained that will support the strength of fasting and replenish the diet with vitamins and minerals.
Prepare tomato sauce from ripe tomatoes, it's simple, besides the dish will turn out organic, it will not have any harmful additives and preservatives. Add vinegar if you store blanks in a warm apartment. Tomato acid, salt and sugar are sufficient for storage in a cool pantry or cellar. These products and without vinegar will perfectly preserve your workpieces.

We make tomato sauce from ripe red tomatoes. We chop the tomatoes coarsely, put in a blender, grind until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Pour the chopped tomato puree into a roasting pan, bring to a boil over low heat. Stir so that the mashed potatoes simmer evenly.
Then we throw red bell pepper, cut into large cubes, into the roasting pan, close the roasting pan with a lid and simmer for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
We cut the asparagus bean pods on both sides. It is better to use early vegetables with undeveloped seeds for harvesting. From the mature pods we get a hard vein, it is fibrous and can ruin the whole dish.
Wash vegetables thoroughly with running water.
Cut the pods into slices 4 centimeters long, throw in a roasting pan to the tomato puree with pepper.
Add vegetable oil, non-added table salt and granulated sugar.
Cook for 20 minutes on low heat, pour apple cider vinegar 5 minutes before cooking. As I wrote above, if the workpieces are stored in a cool place, then vinegar is not necessary.
Cans and lids for canning with hot water and soda, rinse thoroughly and sterilize for 10 minutes over steam. Boil the lids. Also, the container can be dried in the oven - put the cans on the wire rack and gradually heat the oven to 100 degrees.
We spread hot beans with sauce in jars, cover with lids and put in a large pan filled with hot water. At the bottom of the pan, do not forget to put x cloth! We sterilize the cans 12 minutes after boiling, twist tightly, turn upside down.
After cooling, remove the green beans in a tomato for storage in a cool place.
