- 800 g of pork shoulder;
- 600 g of new potatoes;
- 230 g of onions;
- 30 g of wheat flour;
- 15 ml of vegetable oil;
- 30 g butter;
- 50 g of cheese;
- 1 pod of chili;
- 2 bay leaves;
- garlic, pepper, salt, dill, parsley.

Low-fat meat is placed in a deep pan, pour 2 liters of cold water.
For this recipe, both pork and beef are suitable, it is important to choose lean boneless meat, young enough not to cook for a long time.
Add the chili pepper pod, dill, parsley, bay leaf, garlic to the pan, and salt to taste. On high heat, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cook for about 1 hour.
To speed up the process, you can not cook the meat in a whole piece, but cut the piece into several parts.
Carefully wash the young potatoes with a brush, put in a pan, pour hot water, boil until tender, salt at the end of cooking.
Young potatoes can not be peeled, rather thoroughly washed.
We clean the onions, cut them into cubes. Fry chopped onion in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil until translucent.
Put the fried onions in a shape with high sides.
Add the boiled potatoes to the onion. Small tubers are left intact, and large potatoes are cut into 2-4 parts.
Cool the prepared meat a little in the broth. Then we take it out, cut it into large pieces, filter the broth through a sieve.
Add boiled pork to the potatoes, spread evenly so that the pieces of pork alternate with potatoes.
Mix slightly cooled broth with wheat flour with a whisk. You do not need to salt, salt is enough in the broth, but it’s worth adding a little ground black pepper.
Pour the ingredients into the prepared sauce.
Rub hard cheese on top. Parmesan is very suitable for this recipe, however, it will be tasty with ordinary Russian as well.
In the form we put a pod of pepper from the broth, sprinkle everything with black pepper or paprika. We heat the oven to a temperature of 160 degrees Celsius, put the form on the average level of the oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
