Cottage cheese pancakes with banana - a delicious, nutritious and healthy breakfast that takes less than half an hour. There are many recipes, however, the essence boils down to the same thing - mix the cottage cheese, egg, flour, plus additives and toppings to taste, and then fry in vegetable or butter. Tender cheesecakes will turn out if you put less flour, dense if you increase the amount of flour. That’s what I don’t recommend adding to the dough, it’s sugar. Firstly, it liquefies the dough, secondly, sweet cheesecakes are easily burnt, thirdly, usually this dish is eaten with honey or jam, so there is no need for extra sweetness.

Ingredients for Cheesecakes with Banana
- 1 banana
- 200 g of cottage cheese;
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp wheat flour;
- 2 tbsp olive oil;

Ripe, and even better, overripe banana peel, cut into slices, put in a bowl. Knead the banana with a fork so that there are fruit lumps.
Add a pack of cottage cheese to the banana, it is better to take bold, it is softer and less lumps. I advise you to wipe dry fat-free cottage cheese through a sieve.
Now pour a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of sugar to balance the tastes and break the chicken egg, mix the ingredients.
Pour wheat flour. Remember, the more flour, the denser the cheesecakes.
Next, add two tablespoons of olive or corn oil. You can also melt the butter, it will also be delicious.
Mix the dough well, leave for 10 minutes, in the meantime, heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Pour a baking tray with non-stick coating, pour frying oil, put in a preheated oven, so that the oil is well heated. When the dough gets into the hot oil, it will not absorb oil, the cheesecakes with banana will be fried as if in deep fat.
With a small spoon, quickly spread the dough into preheated oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and immediately send to the preheated oven.
In a gas oven, put the form on the lower level, in the electric one closer to the grill. Cook on the one hand for 2-3 minutes, turn over and fry on the other side for another 2-3 minutes. This cooking method allows you to not overdry products, inexperienced housewives often complain that cheese cakes in the oven turn out tough.
We shift the finished cheesecakes with a banana into a heated clay bowl, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve to the table with sour cream, jam, honey or condensed milk, in a word, who likes what. Enjoy your meal.
By the way, if you add a little more flour to the dough, then roll a sausage out of it, cut it into small circles, then sprinkle the circles with flour and throw into boiling salty water, you will get awesome tasty lazy dumplings with banana. And if you cook these circles on the lattice of a double boiler, you get a dietary version of the dish.
